You prep for the SAT. Why not prepare for your 2k? Our training program will tweak your form and work with you to develop your best strategy to go after your PR with confidence. “Know your numbers; you’ve got this.”

6-Week Training Program Includes

1. Six (6) in-person, 1 hour, private sessions at EngineRm with Chris Ives

2. Your personal 2k strategy

  • Know your numbers
3. Six (6) week personal training plan
  • 5 erg workouts/wk (50 min 6x/wk)
  • Strength & injury prevention plyometrics (20 min 5x/wk)
  • Suggested lifting program (2x/wk)
  • Dietary guidelines

4. Six (6) weeks of remote coaching 

  • Each week, Coach Ives will review the results of your erg workouts to monitor your progress.  [Note: You must wear a heart rate monitor and use Erg Data to upload your workout metrics to your Concept2 logbook.]
